Centex Lab X-ray equipment has the capability of penetrating five (5) inches of aluminum and or magnesium alloys and up to 2" of steel alloys.

Centex Lab utilizes various speeds of Fuji Class 1 film to provide, in our opinion, some of the highest resolutions for detecting the 1T hole up to .07 inches and 2T up to 5".

Fuji Automatic Film Processors provide rapid development of film while constantly maintaining the contrast, latitude and density requirements in accordance with ASTM-E1742 and prime radiographic specifications.

Centex Lab maintains copies of ASTM reference radiographs, volumes E -155 for aluminum and magnesium, E-192 investment steel thin wall and E-390 steel fusion welds reference radiographs.tra Centex Lab employs an onsite Level 3 to provide formal training, testing and certification of Level 1 and 2 NDT personnel performing penetrant and radiographic inspection.
